Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund:

Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items should be in their original packaging.

Opened products will be handled on a case-by-case basis (we know pets can be picky!).
We reserve the right to limit refunds if there is evidence of misuse or repeated return abuse.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, promotional items, and free samples cannot be returned.

Clearance or final sale products (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged on arrival).
